how do you get borders like theese

yeah i have been woundering how to get borders like theese...do you just scan the negatives or do u actually make the print or what?

It's just a neg scan.

yeah but with the text on top? cause i have scanned some of my negatives and i cant get the text in
do only certain films have that?

All films have it. You're probably just cropping too far in, or your negative holder is covering it up.

when you say all films you mean even like the films from wallmart? haha
cuz thats all i have developed and it has the holes in the side.
or is that slide film?

That shot is not slide. It's color negative (process c-41). All films that I've ever seen have the writing. Even 35mm.

It's 120 film, which doesn't have sprocket holes.
