How do you put a picture in the text of your message?

I tried it and it just gave the URL with the img tags but no picture.

You have to make sure that the image location ends in a .jpg and that the site you are using allows direct linking. Try photobucket, it's what a lot of users here use with good results!

so..do it like this

[ img ] http://www.falcon-eye.co.uk/sunset1.jpg[ /img]
