Try him if yah want? he aint expensive...

If not, try using dreamweaver templates...

this one is not really difficult to create... a bit of html knowledge... and maybe java script... but you have to spend some time training and practicing... after all you need to communicate with browser somehow...
so I recommend - buying a book focusing on html and java or flash
or paying a youngster in your area to do the job for you

Well i have a mate who could probably do it for me free.
But hey i can't be assed to sit down then do one i'll get it done for me.
But as in the sence i want to design it and have someone make it lol.
