How to get an updated Canon utilities CD?

I've searched all over Canon's website for a download link to their utilities CD (ZoomBrowser, DPP, etc) but I can't find one. Is it possible to download this, or are you "stuck" with the disk that came with your EOS?

also can't you just hit "update" because that's what I did once my camera came last week and it started updating everything from itself
