Desaturating the picture, but still having this nice color?

That looks like a partial desaturation paired with a bit of sepia toning. You can do this in layers by adding a desaturation layer at perhaps, 50%, and then a brown sold color layer with the mode set to "color" and the opacity at 35%, though you could play around with it to get the look you want.

I don't think it's all that desaturated. Or if it is they've masked-out that adjustment layer over the subject. Those colours in the dress and skin tones still pop quite bit. Definitely sepia toning though.
