Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I have had an entire week to reflect on my actions. I have come to the forgone conclusion that, I am what I am.

MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all.

He can bend his wing for cleaning.

It seems like you are too far away from your subject in both images. Worse, there is a lot of dead space on the right side of the frame that isn't necessary.

#1 appears slightly sharper than #2
#2 seems softer and whatever the fly is doing is hard to make out

Both need much tighter crops but 1 looks like it would be better from what I can see.

Subject is smaller than a grain of rice.
What the Gnat is doing? He's just sitting there and moving all around non stop, doing what Gnats do.
Then he did the other thing Gnats do. He disappeared before I could get a better shot.

Long grain or short? ;)

Seriously, me thinks some folk do not realize the difficulty of shooting tiny live subjects in macro. You may be able to crop the image but that will likely result in more criticism of the image being soft. However, #1 is well focused but not so much #2.

Hey Lightspeed..

Grain of rice?

MUCH smaller than a grain of rice.
Judging from Gipsons image up there the subject is about 1/10,000 the size his rice, which appears to be an iceberg.

Raynox?

Ron I gotta get me a raynox.
And there's Gipson setting up speedlights with raynox on a 100mm macro, making a grain of rice look like an iceberg.
What a cheater.
lol

Laf!

I have a Raynox 150 but only used extension tubes on a 55mm for the peppercorn. I may have used more than one three tube set but not sure.

Macro is fun but can be difficult with small critters that move.

This shot is with a Minolta 50/3.5 macro.

WOAHHHHHHHHHHH
That's very nice, Ron Evers.

Much better than Gipsons iceberg. lol
I'm just mesisn with you Gipson, so don't get mad at me.

May I please edit that grain of rice?
I just want to put a couple of very very small men, all bundled up like Eskimo's , scaling the side of it.
