Now I'm a "pro" photographer! Yay me!

What is this you ask? A Pro? Yes sir (or ma'am)!

Enough discussion going on right now all over about pro versus amateur and now I give my opinion officially. It isn't your skill, or if you make money. No.

Its having a Manfrotto #190 Bogen #3025 as a new tripod. So I just went "pro"....

I'll take shoot offers by appointment...

Congratulations on the new gear. I'd kill to ditch my $25 camcorder tripod from 1999. I haven't bought any NEW gear since I January... well, besides replacing a lost lens cap.

New from the factory, new to you, it's all exciting.

I guess I should clarify. I haven't bought any gear, new or new-to-me, since January. And that's not by choice. :lol:

Technically someone who makes a living from photography is a professional.

And here I thought you had made your own watermark. ;):lol:

No. A pro is anyone with a DSLR, watermark and the all important Manfrotto tripod! Where have you been man!?:lol:

In my best Austin Powers voice and British accent, " Yeah, Baby! Yeah! "

Addendum: Found it!

My understanding of becoming a pro, is to join a photography forum. This way you can tell people you are known throughout the world... its the only reason I joined.

If you didn't book at wedding.......NO PRO......lol :lol::lmao:

If you're a pro now, it's required that you start acting like an arrogant asshat. Just so you know...

EDIT:

Oh, and you're no longer able to accept advice from others.
