I can't find it. Buy and Sell disclaimer.

I want to post in the Buy and Sell section, and it says to please read the disclaimer before posting.
I want to respect the rules and read it before posting it, without following the standards.
Where my problem is, is that I can't find the disclaimer.
Can someone link me?

As for the Disclaimer --- er -- yeah its not a sticky in the subsection which is where it should be, so I'm suspecting that it got de-stickied by accident during one of the site upgrades and didn't get re-stickied.
