I dis-a-pyr!

We went and picked up our new Great Pyrenees today in Chattanooga. She's 6 weeks old and will be joining my 4 year old as a guardian dog as soon as she gets big enough. If you're familiar with Chattanooga, there's a beautiful pedestrian bridge that crosses the river.

We took her out on a leash for her first time today (first time seeing other people and dogs as well). She made it across after much encouragement, and when I sat her down in this area, we thought she was about to potty but ended up digging into the bush to nap and go ninja instead. By the end of the day, we managed to leash train her.
