What's new

I gave it a shot.

Have you considered desaturating the blues in the sidewalk, posts, and the shadow side of the arch (leave the sky alone)?

Well done Bitter Jeweler under some difficult lighting conditions. Im not getting some of the goofy comments by some knuckleheads, but I think this is a lot better than a snapshot.

Stretch your brain a little bit...maybe try and figure it out, mmmkay??? Tax yourself...perhaps even check out the URL provided as a big, fat, honkin' clue...use that mouse finger...

I got your comment, Derrel. :biglaugh:
Thanks!

And thanks everyone. I really was unsure of this. I am not one for landscapes, or HDR, so...it was a challenge.

Yes, I have. I hate the blue on the new concrete of the sidewalk most. I find it really distracting.

Does it matter what method was used? The processing is very good. Smooth transitions between contrast areas, no halos. If anything, the pathway suddenly goes from blue-ish to grey and back to some blue (and red stripes?)...

Exactly! At the end of the day, it's still a good photo.
