I have been noticing the last week my password window acts odd

Just this morning the problem occured again. Probably the 4-5 time in a week. I have my internet setting clear / delete records and passwords at closing. So, I have to enter my password every time I start up.

Well I have notices at least in the last week. Sometimes when I enter my password I can see the characters and numbers. But there should be just the dots. When I can see the characters, even though it is correct the site will show I did not enter a correct user or password. But they are correct. The only way to get it to work right is to make sure dots come up and not actual characters.

I don't have a virus and have never had a problem with them. I keep the computer fairly secure. I am using IE. I do have Chrome as well but rarely use it. It seems the password issue is fairly recent problem.

having the same issue...I find hitting the backspace/delete buttons before entering username/password works...as though there are hidden characters?

I get it too. No worries.

After entering your username, use tab to select the password box. Seems to prevent it appearing as plain text.
