I have returned, and I come bearing pictures

Just got back from my 10 day vacation to my camp today! These are some of the shots I got while on a cruise in our boat through Socatean Stream near our camp. Please forgive me for having so many, I'm not necessarily looking for c&c because I know it bothers people to have to pick out things from many shots. Though if you have any suggestions, they are welcome. Hope you guys like!

It's been so long since I've been near a moose. Some pics seem a little soft to me.

#3 - did you add saturation?

#8 & #9 are nice, but have alot of the tree line in there. Having him off to one side and the rest of the image filled with green (no sky as its grey / blown) might of been nice

Nope, no saturation added. I shot them all in RAW and upped the black tones a little that's about it. I converted #1 to b&w because the grass and twigs behind the Loon looked so blah.

Thanks everyone. This is basically what I bought my camera for. I was in my glory out there taking these shots. I had so much fun. When we came around a corner in the stream, there was a MASSIVE bull moose on an island in the middle. It took off so quick when he saw us coming. I almost fell off the front of the boat when I saw him (probably the biggest bull I've ever seen, and I've seen countless bulls.) Unfortunately, I wasn't able to even get a snapshot of him since he ran to the opposite side of the island and into the woods. It definitely was the "one that got away"!!!
