Nice lighting and exposures Joe. My parents have a large and very old flowering cherry in the middle of their garden. It's a delight when it flowers, though we tend to be a bit behind the warmer climbs.

Are these yours, Joe? I just planted three apple tress, one pear, and two persimmons. I also have a nectarine on the way, as well as a cherry. Although I do not enjoy my rapid aging, I imagine the day that my grandchildren can come over and bake pie from the fruit of our trees. sigh...

The things that sticks out to me from the first picture is that the colours pop, they dont feel overbearing, cool picture.

Not mine, just walking around the neighborhood with my camera.

My wife and I do have about 25 fruit trees, mostly peaches and some apricots and plums. St. Louis has a program where the city let you garden vacant lots. We may have stretched the definition of garden a bit but we planted two adjacent lots about 2.5 miles from our house with those trees.
