To make the scene more focused and less busy you could have limited the frame to glass house and fountain only

I keep on looking at the 3 vertical lines of glass. The 1st one is distorted, the middle one has less distortion, and the 3rd one (on the right) looks perfect, then the light pole seems to lean in the opposite direction. As Frequency said, it's a very busy scene, and very constrasty, but I like how they interact with each other.
