i love the pic, but i feel there is something wrong with it,but i cant figure it out, need help. thank you!

I don't know about 'wrong' however there are a few things that I would suggest as areas for improvement. The highlights on the spoon, noodle in her mouth, and nose are blown which detract from the image.
The picture is also a little too warm. The strong yellow cast should be reduced somewhat. Other than, I like the composition and lighting; I think the focus works as-is.

So cute. The slightly blown out bits (very slightly on my comp) dont bother me. But I do agree its too warm
