I need color temperature guidance

One is the raw as shot pic, the other is after I changed the temperature to daylight. I had two windows open and a continuous light source with daylight bulbs to my right bounced off a white closet door. The skin tones look very red to me though. How does it look to everyone else?

That 'white' closet door, is likely not photographically white.

Firstly, make sure that your monitor is properly calibrated (using a calibration device), otherwise you'll never know if what you're seeing (or how you're adjusting) is accurate.
