I need help upsizing my pictures there not big enough

Hello everyone i have a newbie question I post pics over on jpgmag.com and the uploading size hast to be 2200 pixels wide or tall for the print out to be great. So im trying to figure out how to re size the picture Can someone tell me what program they use to do this. My pictures are 376px × 500px and they need to be 2200 either or with or highth, to upload them on jpgmag.com Thanks again for the help.

You need to upsize the images from 500 pixels to 2200 pixels?!? If you push the image from 500 to 2200 it's gonna become really pixelated and will look awful. Don't you have the original image files?
