Okay, corny title :(

I took the Tamron out and was determined to shoot handheld. The Terns were going crazy. C&C welcome. Sorry maybe a little picture heavy.

I think #6 is something to crow about. I love that one!

Speaking of not ignoring the gulls with the new 150-600mm, howzabout some pics of the gulls on the beaches down there? You know, the monokini maidens, or the Brazilian Badonkadonks, or the Sudamericana Vaccacionistas, and other exotic species....you know, just so we can look at the bokeh of the lens and all????

All of them are great, specially considering they are handheld. #4 & #8 are just so awesome.. I love those shots. It's a great lens, no doubt. Was VC turned off too?

One good Tern deserves another.

Fine shots and nice to see that lens doing well in your hands Jaca. Excellent shots of Caspian Terns by the looks, beautiful to see and fine BIF's at that. Also love that last shot of the two gull's going at it. Brilliant capture in time Jaca. I posted up our white fronted Terns to other day .....

That Heron is a stunner. So different to ours and love the colouring, another fine shot.

Question is, do you get the white fronted Terns up your was as well ?? I actually prefer the Caspian because of the orange beak, just not sure of you get the white fronted up your way.

All the best Jaca, to shots and you are loving that lens huh ;) :) love it !!

Danny.

All very, very nice! Wonder how you like that lens by now? Lee

Beautiful work. My favorites of the set are #'s 3,4,5, & 7

Great shots! Very nice indeed. Just for the record #7 is a Heron and #6 and #8 are gulls. Figured you'd want to know that ;)

Love the shots and I love the corn! :)

#2,7, and 8 are my faves.

I have the perfect spot up on a bluff. Bird's eye view. Good thinking and good looking out :)

Thanks Danny - I am not sure if we get the white fronted Terns here unless they can be called by a different name (which we have seen several times in posts lately).
Even on these shots, I could not tell if some were artic or common terns. I could not see any black on the bills while they were in flight, but I did on some that were perched. Some of the bills look more yellow than orange. IT'S CRAZY :) :)
