Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Had a fun little spontaneous fall shoot with my son yesterday since it was 70 degrees out (Which is incredible at this time of year in NH)

I think they're all great (Although im a noob)
I like #1 and the last one the most, they look really nice

I was just in Manchester yesterday. I didn't see any photoshoots going on though :(

They're nice, but they all look over-saturated. I would tone them down just a hair. Others may disagree.

Otherwise I like them a lot.

I dont think these colors are over saturated,
I did a shoot the other day and its crazy how the landscape colors look unreal this time of the year.

I do... The first one is almost impossible to make out the leaf due to the over saturation.

#2, again way over saturated.

#3, so over saturated the boy is orange, and its not the white balance because the whites in the eyes are spot on... same with #4 and #5.

Now look at #6.... this one is just fine, other than the arm being cut off... You can easily see a difference in the color saturation between #6 and the rest of them.

Actually, the first one I didn't touch the saturation on. Like the previous poster said, the landscape colors are crazy. On that photo I bumped the contrast a little, used the unsharp mask, and that is it.

I don't think 2 is over saturated at all. 3 I will give you and will try to fix his face on that one, but I don't think he is orange. 4 and 5 look fine to me too...different monitors show different things I guess!

The boken is pretty strong with 1 but I get it and 3 as you noted is alittle orange but overall I like the focus and composition of them. Cool looking Mohawk.

I Hope you don't mind, but I did a quick edit on the third one, I took some of the red out of his face and eyes and tried to burn his hair a lil. If you do mind, just lemme know and I'll take it down. :)

NUmber 5 is a great pose and number 6 has a great gaze. Both shots could benefit from recovering the highlights. Great colours.

5 & 6 are the best IMO

3 has potential with some PP work

No I don't mind at all. I actually really like it. What did you do with it? Play with the curves? I am getting to know Photoshop a little better, but still don't know what to do with 75% of the tools, I never get the time to really learn. Great job on the edit though!

Thanks for all of your great comments!

Kaiken, you have a beautiful boy! I wish my two year old would stay still long enpught to get decent composition. We did a photo shoot (if you can call it that) today at a pumpkin patch. Shoot three hundred pictures and I'll be happy to get maybe twenty or so. Kids ate awesome though!! Great pictures btw!

Thank you, he is quite the handsome little Devil. Make no mistake, these were VERY lucky photos. The only one he stayed posed for was #3. Other than that, they were pure luck. The last one was awesome, i was trying to get another #3 only brighter, but he sat up as I hit the shutter and it turned out to be one of my favorites. There were about 60 others but these were the only good ones. Hehe.

I used a lot of selective color layers and erased what I didn't need... *worked on the bg then added a new layer to work on handsome devil*

I am still learning photoshop and to me it looks a little green now. But yeah, just playing with the sliders on selective color layer until it looks right and then playing with the curves to brighten him up some and contrast a lil. :)
