The amount of commuting might get to you after a while, Jeff. Think about it...
But if you're adamant, then with regards to the first OR the second I should suggest the second. ALL THE MANY guests that will arrive for your loud and raucous parties (just following Anty's idea here!) fit into that one much better than into the first...
