Thats good enough for me to learn framing or developing film with this camera, is it any good? its look in excellent condition, what do you say?

I'm afraid I don't know anything about this camera. I think however, that there might be better cameras available that people give away for free. Not that 0.99US$ is expensive, but I'd look for something that gives you the option to set aperture and shutter speed. Are there any flea markets, or garage sales in your area?

One thing you have to consider in general: developing film is rather expensive, compared to digital. And it has a steeper learning curve.

I don't know what the postage costs for you are (shipping to the UK is not available) but I see $20.99 to USA that's easily many times the worth of the camera!

If you have a mobile with a built in camera (most people do) it will be much better than the camera you linked too.
If not an old digital compact, will probably prove cheaper by the time you've added a film.

If you want to learn the dying art of film processing then surely you'd be better off getting a camera with more controls.
For £5 you can get working SLR bodies (even with a basic lens).

The camera listed is not Vintage or Antique (I'd guess it's from the 1990's). I've also brought Kodak Brownie camera from the 1930s for £5 which is possibly vintage & may take better pictures due to the larger format. IMO even that wouldn't rate antique.
