Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hello,
I wanted to take a photo/selfie so I had a photo to use in my avatar.

I have taken photos but when the photo is posted, just my face is shown. I would like to get a photo like this . . .

images

Here is my photo . . .

mmm.webp

What am I doing wrong? Why is my face in almost the whole photo? Should the settings on my camera be adjusted? For example, but this probably isnt the problem, I am taking my photo in 'portrait', and thats why it ends up like this. Or is it the 'crop' feature at the website EVEN THOUGH I am not cropping the photo around my face

Thanks

I have Samsung Galaxy s25 cellphone

Try taking it using a mirror, I think that is what the other person has done either that or someone else has taken the photo for him :) hope this helps.

Yeah, he's shooting into a mirror, or the phone wouldn't be in the picture. Alternatively, have a friend take your picture with your phone. (You have friends, don't you? :semi-twins:) Taking a picture of yourself, the phone is simply too close to you.

If you want the phone in the image, use a mirror. If not, find a suitable spot to set the phone down and use the timer function of the camera app.

yes ;-)

Thank you for the advice.

How do I make the image larger / bigger pixel dimensions?

Thanks

I cant change screen resolution om my phone (Samsung Galaxy S25)

It says change screen zoom (in display settings)

You can always resize the photo using an app.

Keep in mind, increasing the size of a small image to a larger one won't increase the resolution. You won't get any more details.

Ohhh I misread it. Thought he was trying to downsize an image to allow for profile picture. I'm tired.

AI upscaling then is probably gonna be the best you can get.
