...and I was wondering if you guys have any tips/poses/etc to do or to avoid?
It's a couple (my best friend and her fiance), and she wants fun pictures of them around campus. Campus is FULL of red brick buildings (it was a statute that John Purdue put in place for the school, that all buildings must be red brick), and is in general very pretty.
I will likely be shooting most of the session with my 'nifty 50', because I think it gives sharper pictures. However, if the situation warrants my other lens, I will of course put it on and roll with it.
I'm going to drag them out of bed for the nice early morning lighting, and will hopefully have a legit reflector by then. If not, I have white posterboard already. (How do you make the reflector stay in place without assistance? Tripod?) I will have to work with natural light, I don't have a flash other than on camera, and I can never seem to tame that one properly.
I'm excited. =) If I really suck, her fiance is around about once a month or so (he lives in NY), so I can always re-shoot if I have to.
