Ice on tree

Hello,
This my first post with a picture I took this photo leaving work. I thought it looked nice. It was right before dawn. any and all C&C welcome!

The image looks a little muted without any real black. I feel like the sky should be darker with the visible stars. The two trees in the background make a nice repetition to the foreground tree. It might be nice to include more of them into the composition.

The feathery leaves (due to ice) gives it a blurred look, which is not a negative point here; yes, the post and board is not complementing the image; as mentioned, including similar more tree heads excluding everything else would have made this a powerful image; how far things under your control in the situation is not sure
