I do like the perspective and the idea of the photo
But since the area where the dog and beer are is so dark, the point you were trying to make wasn't as apparent (at least to me) as I think you'd like

Thanks very much for the comments....as far as being too dark, looks fine on my monitor, however something must not be right, as this went down like a lead balloon.
