...last week I wrote about the new Mountainsmith KitCube (http:/kitcube.notlong.com) which I dreamed up years ago, lobbied for to Mountainsmith and helped design earlier this year to improve the use of the Mountainsmith Tour & Mountainsmith Day packs which are popular with many photogs.

...well the second part of this project can be seen now with the Mountainsmith Endeavor bag.

Mountainsmith had asked me what I'd do if I could design a compact 'day' shoulder bag for photogs. I sat down and mapped out my ideal compact shoulder bag ...and what I got in return is pretty darn close to what I envisioned.

You can check out the new Mountainsmith Endeavor at http://MtnsmithEndeavor.notlong.com

Disclaimer: While I have developed a relationship with Mountainsmith; was asked to join their consulting design board and have no had a heavy hand in designing certain products I do not work for Mountainsmith. I receive no financial compensation from Mountainsmith and if a bag sells or flops I have absolutely no financial stake in it.

For those of you who thought I was making a commission off my previous post regarding the Mountainsmith Kit Cube...think again. I am just a very happy user of Mountainsmith's products and am happy to help design products that make the life of photogs easiers (and selfishly get products I want to use made so I can have what I like :0) )

Looks cool ... I can't wait to see one in-person

Sorry Fish, Not a fan of having to detach my main lens from the body to stow it. I like the option to draw and shoot. Is it possible to do so with a medium size zoom like a 24-70 attached?

I like the concept though.
