nothing special in pics; just make sure you stop by Ben's Chili Bowl, a Washington landmark since 1958. They serve the "worlds" :wink:

best bowl of chili, chili dog and chili fries! Guaranteed to clear your nasal passages on a cold stuffy day :wink:

hmmmmm....dawgs and half smokes!

and make sure get the worlds best waitress.

Ive wanted to go to bens chilli bowl for a couple of years now, when I (finally) make it to DC Im gonna go!!!

Actually, JonMikal, we had WANTED to go to DC this summer... as you may have learned in the General Topics... and if, then I would have asked you if you had wanted to meet me and show me some good locations. Now that I know about "Ben's", I'd also have asked you if you could take me there

Not that I'd be the "Queen of Themes", erm.... noooooo-hoooooo...., but:
There's a theme on "Food and Drink" somewhere there, and one on "Men at work" (which self-evidently includes "Women at work"!!!!) - in case you don't decide to toss your photos out of your picture server too soon, you could put the sausaces and Eli up there? (Plus I've been planning for months now to start a new theme on "Pub Fronts" and 'Ben's' could also go in there!)

All are good but I like the first one a little more. The top half seems off a touch, the kurbs are level. Oh, and we all know real street photography should be in colour!
