Thanks it was my first Camera, nothing like 100% manual to learn the basics.

As a boy of 13 or 14I owned an Argus C3,and less than five years ago I found A really nice 1958 example, complete with leather case.
It was not until about 10 years ago that I found out the lens on the C3 is removable.
