Hi folks! Pretty excited to be here. My name is Christy and I live in the lovely state of North Carolina (USA). Photography has been a long time hobby of mine and I'm happy to be getting back into it after a few years hiatus. I currently shoot with a Canon 80d and a couple primes. One of these days I would like to finally switch over to a full frame kit, but I'm still saving my pennies for that! I just dusted off my old Oly E510 kit and am thinking about giving it a go again as well. That is if I can remember what button does what! Except the shutter. I think I still know that one. haha
Most of the subject matter I photograph is animal related, ie: my dog. My husband and I live on a farm so there is no shortage of creatures to challenge myself with. I also enjoy nature photography and would like to up my landscape game this year. I also enjoy snapping candids of family and friends occasionally.
So yeah, that's me. Looking forward to being inspired and learning from everyone in 2025!
