I sometimes want to cry when I see such beauty and then see how utterly bad I screwed up the photos...but still...they are what they are...more practice...

#1 was part of a sequence of photos showing the movement of this red-winged blackbird doing its mating dance...I should put them together in a gif or something...

#1 is the only one that grabs my attention, but it's oof. Pretty sharp focus on his feet and branch though...

#1 looks similarly focused in the whole photo...are my eyes really that bad...or is that small of an issue?

Maybe it's just because (I am assuming) it's a close crop so it's not all that sharp?
