iMac for Sale - 2GB of RAM too slow for editing?

Yeah, I know...I guess I was just inspired by the guy that got $5K in camera gear for $500 or whatever in a post here a few days ago... :)
That was a garage sale find where the sellers didn't care even though they were told.

And I'd buy a nice 8 yr old camera. But not an 8 yr old computer.

The system is not worth upgrading. Sorry but it's $300 for a reason.

Yup that computer is 8 years old. Computers age faster then dogs. 1 human year equals about 15 computer years. This means that the thing is about 120 years old.

Well, mine is older than that but I built it with high-end components and I do not use Adobe products.

I have 128 GB installed on an octocore machine and I'd like more, but I do video editing, music creation and editing, 3D rendering of commercials, animations, scenes, film and game levels as well as photos.

I have a 2013 iMac 27" with the 3.5GHz i7 and 32GB of RAM and a SSD.
I consider it about adequate.
