In search of a picture

Hey all, im new to the forum. I'm searching for a picture I saw one night on TV real late. But i cant remember the name of the picture or the photographer, i was wondering if anyone could give me some help.

The picture from what i remember is a man standing on a hill, with birds tied to strings, which were tied to him. I believe there is a suitcase set on the ground and i think the picture was taken near dusk.

The art show i was watching talked about it and how no one knows how he did it blah blah blah and so forth. Ive been searching for this picture for about 6 months now and any help is appreciated.
