In the cafe (long exposure)

I think it's hard to achieve a surreal effect when one person isn't moving. Plus the angle of the shot has made the pictures on the wall look too odd. It would look cool if you shot it with the wall parallel to your plane of focus and all the people had the blur. It would make a good contrast between motion and non-motion
 
You succeeded, it is surreal. I like it. Also warm b&w is a nice choice.

Well, I think if all three women will be moving, it will be too obvious. Now I see that one girl is talking and articulating, another girl is writing, an elder woman is thinking.

I agree with you about point of shooting. But this photo is candid, I did it from my chair and could not approach to them closer without being noticed.
