It seems a bit overly vignetted to me. There's a lot of rocks shown,but very little visual information in the rocks.My eye goes to the lightest parts of the frame, and that sends me right out into the sea, in the small area that's not all burned down in tone. And I don't mean any offense, but modern digital landscapes shot using 10x neutral density filters are sort of on the verge of becoming the new selective color or HDR; a technique used for the sake of using the technique.

This is a nice photograph, but the black and white version seems to lack tonal range, which makes the processing look forced. I have a general preference for color images anyways and perhaps that weighs on my tastes, but I do think a color version with minimal processing would better reflect the scene as it was,(which is probably 'sufficient' in terms of artistry) rather than the photo you are trying to turn it into. Beyond the processing... very nice and well captured.

I see two photographs... each with their own merit. Yet it is one scene... and so my brain starts arguing about which half to pay closer attention to. And so in my confusion I am disappointed, and not overly impressed. Perhaps if both elements were not given equal attention??
