1,4 & 5. :thumbup: even though in 5 the top of the kid's head got cut off i like the contrast in the photograph. Good stuff

I'll echo 1,4,& 5. I find #5 quite compelling and I like it a lot! In 1 & 4 the sky and horizon area are really blown out because of the harsh sun, but in this case i think it works in helping to convey that feeling of isolation.

I definitely like your color series better... I was thinking about this the other day, actually... not your specific images, but how colors hit us so significantly when looking at pictures from other parts of the world. The colors seem SO key in so many photos, because they REALLY bring that other-worldly feel to the image...

... the browns of the desert, the muted colors of clothing, with the stark bright greens reds and blues of the modern world creeping in... it just really hits you. Probably wouldn't even phase the people that live there and see it all the time, but to those of us who don't live in that world, it's compelling.
