Why raise the ISO? This is not an action shot where you need the shutter speed.
Slow down, go smaller on the aperature and bring the ISO back 100.
This will make the image much sharper and more focus expanding the DoF.

Given the capability of the gear the OP is using, I would suggest that ISO 320 hardly counts as "raising the ISO" any more, and based on those settings, he's probably got >20' of DoF behind the subject; how much more is really necessary?

Great subject and location. The curved walkway creates a very bold leading line. So bold that a diminutive subject would likely be lost in the frame. Well done.
