Not sure what type of Gull this is- anyone care to have a guess?

Nice shot! From the black tips on the wings, and the white tail feathers, I would guess a Kittiwake. Hard to tell, since the head is partially obscured by the wings, but that would be my guess.

I have no Idea Kirk- I was thinking Juvenile Black Headed gull - hence my question

That increases the likelihood that it is a Kittiwake then.

I think it's a near adult black headed gull coming into it's winter plumage. Difficult to tell though!

A juvenile BHG it is not as their beak is red with black tip and
they have red legs too. The "headphones" markings are more
obvious as well.

I don't know what it is but know what it can't be.
