Incredible(s)

My daughter disappeared to her room this morning and when she emerged this was her surprise.



She told me she was "Incredibles". And of course, it is permanent marker. She also covered on of her hands completely as well but it isn't in the frame.

On a side note, I think the auto focus that is usually pretty good at picking up faces was having a hard time with her new makeup style.

Mom was gone but I texted the picture to her. I got it off with acetone before she came home though. She's now back to her mild mannered alter ego again.

Well personally I'm glad she chose to use permanent marker. It shows a level of commitment to a project that should make any parent proud.. lol.

Given the proximity to her eyes if it were me I'd use sunscreen - believe it or not the stuff does a pretty good job of getting off permanent marker, it's not as fast as fingernail polish remover but it will get the job done and it will be safer for her so close to the eyes. Just put it on thick and continue to rub it into the skin in a circular motion.

Well glad you got the marker off - as the Dad of three girls I went through the permanent marker stage with all 3.. lol. I dunno though, of the two I guess that was easier to deal with than the "Dad, I want a tattoo" stage.
