G'day to all,

Almost Spring! Therefore this Crocus Flower.

Holy over-processing moly!

I may be entirely mistaken, but to me it appears to be quite over-processed, which for me ruins an otherwise perfectly beautiful flower. IMO heavy processing doesn't often jive well with Wildlife Photography, unless used very creatively in some sort of HDR.

I think I would have also liked to see both purple flowers in the shot. You were no doubt focusing on having a clearly defined subject, but in the current composition the second one poking out the back is a tad distracting.

That is the problem, with Carl Zeiss Flektogon.
To focus with spot metering.
