I've shot a couple of their matches to get some experience shooting inside in the dark. They have a couple rows of work lights above the arena and when the sun is out they leave the side door open. I really do not want to use a flash because it could because problems with the wrestlers. I can say without a doubt I have new found appreciation for people who shoot these types of events.

Yes, there are people doing that and using iPhones for video.

You got some good air in th first but clipped the feet, unfortunately.
Second one is a great action moment.

In my mind, both of these would have had the action fill the frame more, and provide more detail, if you shot vertically.

It does teach a person to anticipate action. Yes, vertical would be much better for those two. just gives me more to remember to do when I'm ringside.
