I like the story of the second one, the lone solitary figure sitting on the floor, while the world looking like wraiths float on by indifferent or uncomfortable to what is right there at their feet.
I also like how the bottom right edge of the photo draws you in to the figure on the floor.
I cannot tell whether the person on the floor is sharp or not.
My only critique is I feel there may be too much wasted space on the left and top, and may have benefited from a slight crop, maybe some white balance thrown in, and possibly a BW?
