I dig #1. Like a young business mogul. Just too much skin smoothing IMO.

I love #1. #2 is really good too, just would've been much better if you hadn't chopped off the top of the head.

Hey....... Good work.

Your lighting is nice.

1 and 2 are great, wonderful lighting. Like how the colors are balanced.

Tell your IT guy to pay more attention to cable management!

Nice pics!

These are all really well done, good work.

Thanks everyone! Much appreciated! After viewing them again with a clear head I do agree with Eric-Holmes... I'll be redoing it later today.

Tell that first kid to iron his shirt!! jeeze lol.

Mind sharing some more of your lighting setup? I think it's perfect!

Here is a vid that shows some post processing and my lighting setup.

Let me know what you think of it... I might do more of these types of videos if I get a good response!

EDIT: The main light had 1.5 cuts of CTO on it to push it past incandescent. And that made the daylight bulbs (background lights) blue.

awesome video man. Wish your voice was like 4x louder but other than that, great work. I have one question regarding your photoshop. During your dodge and burn layer towards the end why did you change it to luminosity?

Sorry about the mic. It was a chepo headset, hopefully my friend will let me use his snowball mic!

But I changed the blending mode to luminosity to avoid any color shifts. So only the brightness is changing.

I'm amazed that you do that much work on images like that....seriously....I had no idea anybody would do that much manipulation to such an image.

Ha, you slay me Derrel! This is pretty much Photoshop 101... Or was that secretly a comment about the photo, and how it isn't good enough to be post processed?
