My first time setting up a portrait session.
Made a mess of the room, took us 2 hours to clean it up but I feel we got some good images.
Unfortunately, no-one quite mastered how to throw the paint like I did so never got what I was looking for.
If like rankin I had a radio trigger and stuff, I cudda thrown the paint myself but I don't so meh.

1. The FIRST shot of the shoot.

3. Quite liked all the definition in the detailed areas.

4. Probably one of the more successful paint throws.

Only 1 reply? :(

Come on, I want a little C&C :p

I'm confused by the colored dust when the model is stationary but when he is moving it really works well to convey a sense of motion and strength.

Love the idea of the shoot! Keep it up i think u should add more colors and experiment :) goodluck

I am not a fan of the first two. The stationary pose looks like you are just setting up the shot. 6-8 though I love! I love the emotion that comes out. I would def like to see what would happen if you added more colors? Was this just a random shoot or was it for something specific?
