interfit Ex 150 mk II flash kit

I am trying to decide which one to get, if i should get a external flash or a flash kit . but last night, made me lean towards the flash kit, cause i was trying to make a family portrait and i am having trouble with the lights, tried build in flash, did not work. so, is this thing any good?

If you are going to buy studio style lights, I'd suggest something with more power.

more power is better, but i dont need that much, its just for personal use.
