Internal vs External zoom lenses(eye blow, dust inside lens...etc)

Do all zooms have about the same amount of eyeblow in relation to their zoom range? In other words, would a 70-200mm with internal zooming have about the same amount of eyeblow as a 70-200mm that has an extending barrel? Just wondering if one type sucks up more dust than the other.
