iPad app for recording shot lists, lighting setups, and ideas?

Is anyone aware of an app that lets you capture ideas for poses, lighting setups, wardrobes, etc for upcoming shoots? There are some shot list apps specific to filmmakers in the app store, I'm thinking something along those lines for photographers.

I use OneNote for this today, the nice thing about OneNote is it syncs to all my devices so I can capture my ideas no matter which device I'm on, but I'd be interested in seeing an app designed for this purpose to see if it could potentially replace OneNote.
