What is that? It seems kind of like a floating village almost? It's definitely interesting and I'd love to see it HUGE so you can look into all the nooks and crannies in there to see all of the interesting things.

yep. the boat's name was " little elephant 5"
that thing store n transfer fuel like petrol and that's government stuff in my location. when i taking that pic,the guard came out and said "hey,u don't have permission to take photos of that thing". so my last photo
