Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Hey guys, IS on a lens changes the price by alot, example

70-200mm F/4L USM , 70-200MM f/4L IS USM

so, i dont wanna make a hole in my wallet and my budget is only for the one without the IS, how do i shoot at 200mm without a tripod? im just wondering for lenses like lenses without IS , much cheaper but possible to shoot w/o a tripod? esp the telephotos ones.

You will need a lot of lights so you can use very high speed shutter.

The general rule of thumb for handheld shots is 1/focal length as a minimum. So at 200mm, you'll want, at the very least, 1/200 sec for your shutter speed to eliminate the effects of camera shake. If light is an issue, bump your ISO. Remember, people were hand holding with 200mm primes long before there was IS. And zooming was done through the now almost lost art of moving the feet.
