Wouldnt they have then said "Thats Second hand, so it is cheaper" Instead of stating that its OEM?

Hehe, I think your being a bit unfair...I would have bought the softwear second hand or OEM it wouldnt bother me...and why risk getting in trouble if they (as they seem to be) are a big company? Makes no sense.

Hmmm I got OEM software from a legitimate shop in the UK... I had just built my own PC and didn't fancy spending shedloads of cash on a certain microsoft program and they mentioned they had OEM... It was on the shelf clearly labelled as OEM and priced down accordingly... This is a chain of shops in the UK that specialise in computer components, DVD's, console games and pretty much anything gadgety or electronic... Odd.

Well..Im talking about the Scurra company not the main one on this thread.

Adobe does not release it's OEM versions of its' software. Photoshop does not come pre-installed on PCs normally. Software like Windows XP, and Office do, and that's why you can legally buy OEM full versions of it for half the price of the full retail, in box version, and yes, you have to buy a piece of hardware to get it. If Adobe did release OEM versions of its' softare, you can be sure it wouldn't be $90. If it's too good to be true, it usually is not legal.

We don't usually advocate illegal behaviour on this forum.

The retail price of photoshop is not outrageous considering what the software does, and considering that it is the industry standard. The full version of the standard creative suite (including Illustrator and Indesign) can be had for <$800.
