I'm wondering how important is it to use the ISO settings on the 5D3 that Vincent LaForet suggests? The ISO of 160, 320, 640 etc rather than the settings in-between. Is this for post editing, or in the real world are people going to notice? In video you shutter rate and aperture are pretty much fixed, so the leaves one with only the ISO, and external lighting if possible. Is it a hard and fast rule to stick with LaForet's multiples your should you break this rule to get the best ISO setting for the exposure?
